We were under an unfortunate time constraint and she was not only able to accomodate an appointment for us, but email an appraisal quickly. The appraisal is very thorough and my now husband says she was very personable. Definitely will see her again for vintage and antique jewelry appraisals.By A Google User, August 24, 2017

And her honesty is 100%! If something is good, she says so, but if it isn't she also tells you the truth. Everything is up front-nothing is hidden.
